Repair and Return
Your kite or wing is – provided all spare parts are available – repaired within 5 business days and ready to ride!
*We create your quote within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Should spare parts (valves, bladders, etc.) from other brands be required for the repair of your kite or wing, you will order and pay for these parts. This way you retain full control over the quality, price and delivery time of your spare parts.
Once all required parts are available to us, the repair is usually completed within five business days. Tears or other damage that can be repaired without brand-specific spare parts are of course repaired immediately.
Please note that we cannot provide warranty or goodwill processing for other brands (except CORE).
